Vektor Terms of Service
1. Who this agreement is with
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you and Praxis Simplified Pty Ltd ("Praxis Simplified", "we", "us"), the operator of Vektor. By paying for Early Access, subscribing to Vektor, or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.
2. What Vektor is
Vektor is a weekly Profit habit tool for established small and medium businesses using Xero. Vektor calculates a weekly Profit number from your business's own Xero data and your 10-year Profit Target, and shows you the amount to transfer into a separate Profit Account each week.
Vektor is not:
Financial product advice
Investment advice
Superannuation advice
Tax advice
Legal advice
A replacement for an accountant or a licensed financial adviser
Vektor shows you a number based on your own business data and a goal you set. What you do with money in your Profit Account - including any decision about distributions, drawings, dividends, reinvestment, tax treatment, business structure, or personal use -is entirely your decision, and should be discussed with your accountant or licensed adviser.
3. Who Vektor is for
Vektor is built for businesses that:
Use Xero as their accounting software
Have at least 3 years of Xero transaction history
Have approximate annual revenue in a range suitable for the weekly Profit calculation
If your business doesn't currently meet these criteria, Vektor may not produce a reliable weekly number. Use the waitlist if you're not yet eligible.
4. Early Access
Vektor is currently offered through an Early Access program.
The Early Access payment is $79 AUD, paid once, and is not itself a subscription.
This payment is credited in full against your first paid Foundations or Clarity subscription.
After payment, Praxis Simplified reviews your details and follows up, generally within 5 business days, to confirm fit and begin concierge setup.
If we cannot onboard your business — for example, if it turns out Xero history, business type, or revenue don't suit the product — your $79 payment will be refunded in full.
Your 14-day trial of the ongoing subscription begins once your first Vektor setup is confirmed ready, not on the date you pay for Early Access.
5. Subscriptions
Once onboarded, Vektor is offered as an ongoing monthly or annual subscription (Foundations or Clarity tier, at the pricing shown on our website at the time).
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that.
If you cancel during your 14-day trial, you won't be charged.
Prices may change from time to time. We'll give you reasonable notice before any price change affects your subscription
6. Your Xero data
To calculate your weekly Profit number, Vektor needs read access to certain Xero data, including cash receipts and account balances for the accounts you nominate (Profit, Tax, GST, Buffer, Operational).
We only use this data to run the Vektor calculation and produce your weekly signal.
We don't sell your business data to third parties.
You can disconnect Xero access at any time; doing so will stop the weekly calculation from updating.
7. Accuracy of the weekly number
The weekly Profit number is calculated from your own historical Xero data and the 10-year Profit Target you set. It's a planning tool based on your own figures — it is not a guarantee of any future outcome, return, or result. Projections (including any 10-year trajectory shown in the app) assume a stated planning rate of return and are illustrative only, not a promise of investment performance.
8. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything. We'll keep you updated on Vektor's progress and let you know when it's a good time to consider Early Access.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law;
Vektor is provided "as is," and we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We are not liable for business decisions you make based on the weekly Profit number, the goal trajectory, or any other output of Vektor.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll aim to let existing customers know by email. Continuing to use Vektor after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
